1. File Sharing:

File share allows you to share company, departmental or project files of any format with other users of Intranet. The application supports all commonly used file formats, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Visio and Photoshop.

2. Web Link:

Web links allow you to create links to information on approved web sites. Individual departments or projects can be assigned their own categorised links, enabling access to useful websites.

News feed allows you to display news headlines on company, departmental or individual homepages. You can select as many headlines or external feeds as you like, which will be displayed separately on rotation within an individual web let.

5. Online Journal:

Journal allows users to create their own online personal journals on whatever subject they want.

6. World Time:

The World Time application provides you with an overview of time zones the world over, allowing you to synchronize meetings and appointments with international clients.

7. Holyday Plan & packages:

Employees leave will be coordinated quickly and effectively through a user-friendly year planner interface. By clicking on the days required, users can request leave from their allocated allowance, with requests being monitored and approved or rejected online.
